Head to Head for Childhood Cancer – 24th August 2025
Join the Wicklow Fire Service and their colleagues in the Emergency Services on a sponsored walk in support of Aoibheann’s Pink Tie – Ireland’s National Children’s Cancer Charity.  From Wicklow Head to Bray Head – every step makes a difference!  Whether you walk it all in one go or take it in stages, you’ll be walking in solidarity with children fighting cancer and their families.
On August 24th members of Wicklow Fire Service and their colleagues in the Emergency services will be going “Head to Head for childhood Cancer” by walking from Wicklow Head to Bray Head a distance of 36 kilometers .Â
We want you to join us in this Challenge! You can walk the full distance or just join us for a few kilometers at Wicklow , Greystones and Bray Fire Stations .
Date: Sunday, 24th August
Time: Start Wicklow Head roughly 8am – Finish Bray Promenade 5pm
📍 Route: Wicklow Head ➡️ Bray Head
All funds raised go directly to supporting families with a child undergoing cancer treatment.
