Help Children with Cancer in Ireland 

This December, we are inviting schools and the business community across Ireland to take part in a very special initiative — Wear Something Christmassy for Childhood Cancer 

Aoibheann’s Pink Tie offers practical and financial support to children suffering from cancer all around Ireland and their families.  With no government funding we rely on fundraising from our supporters to ensure that families going through cancer, have the monetary and practical support they need.

We’re asking schools and business communities to swap their workwear/uniforms for something festive — a Christmas jumper, a Santy hat, or even a splash of tinsel — and help raise funds for children and families across Ireland who are going through childhood cancer treatment.

How it works:

• Choose a date in December for your school/business Christmas Day
• Ask families/employees for a voluntary donation on theday
• Encourage everyone to wear something Christmassy
• Enjoy a day filled with colour, fun, and festive spirit while supporting an amazing cause

To make it easy, we’ll send you:
✅ A downloadable poster for your school/business
✅ A sample letter/email for employees/parents
✅ Social media graphics for your business/school accounts if you would like that

Each school/business can set up their own personalised online iDonate account and we can guide you through the process or you can set it up yourself.  iDonate is an online fundraising platform.  Pages can be created by your business/school here www.idonate.ie/christmajumpers and chose start fundraising and follow the instructions, this just takes 2 minutes.
